Submitting the contact form or booking a consultation does not create a binding contract. Engagement of paid services is confirmed only once both parties agree on scope and fees in writing.
Specific terms for counselling, application assistance and visa guidance — including scope, fees and refund conditions — are agreed separately per engagement, typically via a written service agreement.
CareerLaunch provides guidance, preparation and documentation support. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, admission decisions made by universities or visa decisions made by embassies/consulates.
Payment terms (deposits, milestones, final payment) are set out per engagement. Fees paid for services already rendered are generally non-refundable, as detailed in the specific service agreement.
CareerLaunch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from an advisory engagement, beyond what is agreed in a specific service contract.
